Yes, so some of our customers have been experiencing some loss of messages. There is a fix for that, if you go into, do you have the phone in hand? I don't have it in front of me, no. Okay, well if you wanted to write down the steps, it's not too long. Yes, you would be going into your settings, and then you go to apps and notifications. There are two options, possibly, depending on what phone model you have and what model it is. It would be see all apps or app info. Both of those options will take you to the same screen to be able to pull a long list of apps. And there, at the top right corner, there's these three little dots. When you click on those, you would click show system, and it would expand that menu, and it would be an even longer list of apps. And you're going to find something called DuraSpeed. So it is d-u-r-a-s-p-e-e-d, DuraSpeed. You're going to find that, and there you're going to click open, and it's going to show DuraSpeed and a whole bunch of apps that it works with. So you would be turning that off. Okay. And after you turn that off, you go back. You go back to that long list of apps, and you click on messages. And then there, you would be clicking storage and cache and clearing the storage of the message app. After that, you should be getting all your messages. You just got to turn your phone off and turn it back on.
