The customer is experiencing issues with the dialer not activating during calls and not receiving notifications when the phone is inactive.

Can you go to Settings on your phone, please?

Once in Settings, go to About Phone. It's going to be the last option.

Once you're in About Phone, you'll find an option that says Custom Build Number or Custom Build Version. Can you tell me that, please?
