The customer is experiencing issues with text message notifications and unread message counts on their daughter's phone.

Once you're in the messaging app, on the top right of the screen, you'll see three dots. So tap on those three dots. And you have to simply push the number zero. Mark all as read. And that's it.

I will have to pass this issue to the developers, okay, so they can take a look at it. Can you make with a different kind of video of it and send it to us through email so we can send it to the developers so we take a look at it?

That issue I will have to investigate a little. I can tell you to do some troubleshoot, but I'm not sure if that's going to work. You can go to settings in your phone.
