What we can do is you can ship your phone in, we can send you a loaner phone, in the meantime, while your phone is getting repaired.

So what we do is we can take your phone, we can inspect it to see exactly what's going on. And after that, we let you know how long it's going to take, how much it's going to cost, if it costs anything, and then we can pull it back.

Sometimes, if you come in early, what we can do is, pretty much start it as the first thing of the day. We'll get it back at the end of the day, or within a few hours.
