You have to bring the phone into either the Williamsburg location, or the Borough Park location.

Back up your information, what you can do is periodically you can transfer it from your phone into your computer, and just copy it from your phone into your computer.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the information, and then you have to fix the phone, or it can happen again.

We call it flashing. Essentially, we're going to re-put the correct hardware onto the phone, so that that doesn't happen again.
