So there are a few troubleshoot steps that we can try. You can go to settings in your phone first. Once in settings, go to system. Once in system, go to reset options. Once in reset options, press reset mobile, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, which will be the first option. This has all network settings included. That won't delete anything. That will just reset the network on your phone, and then try again.

Okay, so go to, again, go to settings in your phone. Go to apps and notifications. And now go where it says see all apps or app info. Okay, once you're there, look up for the messaging app. And once you're in the messaging app, press where it says storage and cache. And then press where it says clear storage. Yes, nothing will be deleted. Your messages will be fine.

We did all the troubleshooting that we could, which, yeah, we tried everything. So, the next thing will be testing a different carrier. You can test it. You can either purchase – I don't recommend you to purchase one directly. I would recommend you to – if you have a friend that has service, preferable champion, request them to test – request them the SIM card for a few minutes and test it to see if it works. That won't break anything.

Unfortunately, we are not – we know some carriers in Canada, but we are not fully proficient with Canadian carriers. So my recommendation will be try to use a different carrier, or if you have a friend that has different carriers such as Champion. Champion is a company that works very well. Just test the SIM card. Try to see if you can send a picture text, and if you can do it, that means that your service is slightly incompatible with the PIC phone.

No, the Waze – it's only with Android Auto. The Waze will disappear from your phone, okay? The Waze is not meant to be used with the phone itself.
