The customer is experiencing issues with their phone's notifications not deleting and multimedia messages not sending or downloading properly.

I can help with that. Please send us the phone since it's blacking out. The issue with the messaging is that maybe you have a lot of messages. We will take a look at it once it comes. I can send you a label. You have to send me the phone.

Please send me an email with your name, your phone number, and your address, okay? And if you want the loaner phone, let us know in the email address and we will do that for you, of course.

If you cannot be without a phone for a few days, I can definitely provide you a loaner phone for a few days with no issue.

If you want to speak with the manager, I can definitely ask him to call you today a little bit.

We will take a look at the phone once we receive it. If it's a software issue, we will take care of it.
