The loaner phone is not working due to service issues related to the IMEI number and SIM card.

So what we need is the IMEI number that is tied with the SIM card so that we can change the phone, the loaner phone that you have to the IMEI number.

So with TracFone, pretty much the SIM card is tied to the phone, so in order for you to actually use the loaner phone, you have to call TracFone and get your phone IMEI number.

You have to get the IMEI number from TracFone, and then we're going to change the IMEI in your phone to that number.

The IEI number that's tied to your SIM card. That's something that I have, it's not something that they have.

It would be the IMEI number from your last phone.

The TracFone SIM card is tied to an IMEI number and that's the IMEI number that we need.

They would have to provide the IMEI number because we may have changed the IMEI number of the phone to try to match the SIM card.
