The customer is experiencing issues with multiple apps not functioning properly, including messaging and talk-to-text features.

In this situation, US Mobile and Verizon works perfectly fine. I'm pretty sure that all that will happen here is that you run out of data. You need to call US Mobile. Don't tell them that your apps are not working because they won't understand. Just ask them how much data you have left. If they go ahead and tell you, look, you have plenty of data, then it's wrong with the phone, but I don't think so. I think that will be the scenario. Or they will tell you, look, you are completely running out of data. You need to charge more, and that's it.

So you go into your settings. And then you go to system. And then only at the bottom there's going to be reset option. And then it's going to say reset network, mobile, and Bluetooth.

So you click that, it'll reset. And then after that, you turn off your phone, give it like 20, 30 seconds, and then turn your phone back on.

So let's first try resetting the network on your phone. It's going to end the call though, okay? Because once you reset it, it's going to drop the call.

The phone doesn't tell you how much data it has. You will always see in the phone that regardless of the data that you have, it will always show that you have two gigabytes. But that information is not accurate or not real.

All the functions that you mentioned, the functions, yeah, they all work with data only. If you don't have data, they won't work.

If the problem is the phone receiving the SIM card signal, then that would fix the issue. If that doesn't fix the issue, then we're going to have to try a few different things, okay?
