Why wasn't I informed about the data loss when my phone was repaired?

When the Malabar is switched out, none of that is transferred over. They can't be transferred over. Because the Malabar is damaged.

If the phone was dropped off and there was Malabar issues, they let the person that gives them the phone know that the information may be deleted. And then we ask them if they want to back up their data. And if there's a complication, we also call and let them know that the information may be deleted if they want to go through with the repair.
