Why can't I see all my videos on my phone?

You can bring it in today. We close the monthly store at 7 PM. Tomorrow we are open until 2 PM from 11 to 2.

If you want to watch those videos, you can put them in a computer and watch them from a computer.

If you want, you can either come 30 holidays so you can leave the phone with us. We would love to take a look at it.

If you want to take a loan or phone from us, you're more than welcome to do that. A loan or phone means the phone that we loan you for a few days until you get a working phone.

It's part of the big security on the phone to avoid any unwanted access. It's going to stay like this for a while until they find a way to make it secure and make it available to see everything.

It's actually for free, but you have to pay a deposit that is fully refundable once you return the loan or phone.
