The customer is experiencing issues with the weather app not working properly.

I can help with that. Go to settings on the phone. Once in settings, go to notifications. Now go to seal up. Once you're in seal up, go into weather in seal up. You'll find the weather option. Once you're in the weather, press yes. Scroll down which says storage and cache and press where it says clear storage. Press yes. Now open up the weather app. It will start from zero again and that's it. This should work right away. You have to add a location where you are and that's it. You can select your location manually.
