How can I access my archived messages after a factory reset?

That system there, it's to backup your files, it creates it, it puts it into a folder into your phone, and you have to plug your phone into your computer, and then drag those files from your phone into your computer, and that's how you actually have those files.

So, if you backed up your messages, or any of your information, did you take it off of your pod and put it onto your computer?
