The customer is experiencing issues with a newly purchased phone not having Android functionality.

Once we open, we will review the issue. We will see what's going on and we will see if it's only your phone or if it's all the phones, okay?

I'm going to have to report this to the developers. Unfortunately, at the moment, if it's not working, we will have to set it with other phones. The phone just came out yesterday in the late afternoon.
