Can I get my broken Fig Phone repaired and receive a loaner phone while I wait?

We do have the service of getting a loaner phone. You'll most likely, the loaner phone you'll be getting would be a Fig Mini. You can either come to the store to pick it up if you want to get it as fast as possible.

We just ask our customers to ship the phone, making sure you put all the necessary information, name, first name, last name, contact number, address, describe the issue, device, what happened to it.

We'll be able to ship you the loaner phone, yeah. So with the loaner phone, there's a deposit that you put down, and then we'll be able to ship you the loaner phone. And then once your phone is fixed, we would send your phone back to you.

To get a loaner phone, you'd have to get it from the Borough Park location.

We have repairs for the Fig 2 Pro, what we do is, it's called a shell repair and we essentially change the whole outside of the phone to a brand new one. You would be able to either send it in or you can come into the store and drop your phone off. The only thing is, at the moment, we actually do not have any more of that part that we use to repair your phone. We should be getting some more in, in three or four weeks. So if you wanted to drop it off and send it in now, it wouldn't be worked on until we get that part in.
