The customer is experiencing a glitch showing new text messages that do not exist.

What I can do is I can see for that, give me one second. Sure. I can go into the message app, sure. Give me a second. Okay, I'm in the message app. And then the top right is the three dots, click on those. Okay. And then you put show archives. Okay. It says archive conversation appears here, there's nothing there. Alright, and then you would go into the three dots again, and then you would mark all as red. And this should get rid of the notification that says you have messages, because it's not that you actually have messages, it's just a little glitch that's happening that says you have messages that you don't actually have.

Right, so we don't have a potential spam call service, we don't have any of that, unfortunately.
