For text messages, I can help you with that right now. Go to settings in the phone, please. Once in settings, you need to go to apps and notifications. Once in apps and notifications, go to see all apps. Once you see all apps, you need to go to the messaging app. And once you're there, scroll down to the third option. That's going to be storage and cache. And once it's storage and cache, press where it says clear storage. Don't worry, this will not delete your messages. Now that's it. Now your messages should come through. If they don't, please test it for a few hours and call me back.
