The customer is experiencing issues with their phone's GPS not connecting and has a cracked phone.

I can provide you an interim solution so you can use the Waze for now. So you have to go to settings in your phone. On the search bar on the top of the settings, you will find you have to write users. Once you're there, you have to allow the multiple users. So toggle on the usage of multiple users. Once it's done, you can create a new user.

Go back, go to settings, and go to apps and notifications. Now go to see all apps. Once you see all apps, go to Waze. Once in Waze, scroll on to the third option, which will be storage and cache. Now press clear storage. You're going to lose your addresses, but we have to do this just to try to make it work. Once it's done, simply turn off the phone, take out the battery for a few seconds, put everything back on, and then try to make it work.

For the cracked phone, you can either go into Lakewood place, that's a grocery store, and they will charge you about $85 to fix it, or you can send it to us. We are waiting for parts to come in, and hopefully by next week, the Lakewood stores will have the parts too.
