The customer is experiencing issues with messaging and is unsure how to install an update.

On app updates, you would click it and then you would click check for updates and you would see a list of updates that are there for each app. And then on system updates, you would click on the bottom that says check for updates and then it will say update found and then you'll be able to confirm and download it.

So, if you ever get that notification, you can just click force quit on it.

Go to settings on your phone please and go to about phone.

Once in settings, tell me your IMEI please.

Once you're in about phone, tell me the IMEI number please.

Now also you have to tell me the custom-built number, and you told me the custom-built number please.

The update should be going live today and then you would be getting a notification of an update, but if you don't, I can let you know how to update. So, there's two different ways to update the phone. There's either a system update or an application update. You're going to be able to access both of those within your settings. So, if you go to settings, there's two different options that you can update. So, there's going to be app updates. Both of these options are near the bottom of the list, okay?
