Why was I charged $80 for a phone screen repair that was supposed to be free?

Go to the wallet's location. Go with the receipt that you bought it at a certain time. We can see when it was brought into the repair. If it was a month after you bought it, it will be free.

If it's within two months of the purchase, it will be free. So once you're there, tell them to call me again on my personal cell. And I'll do my best to pick up.
