So first, let's check some other systems on your phone to make sure everything is working. So can you tell me if your weather is refreshing?

Okay, perfect. All right. And then can you also check your Waze, see if your Waze finds a location that we can route?

You have to click on like a Wi-Fi. You have to click on Wi-Fi to connect.

If you click on the Wi-Fi setting itself, it'll ask you which connection you want to connect to.

So you enter your setting. Enter. My SQL setting. Okay, perfect. I see where that is. So you're saying I would want to do Wi-Fi instead of using the data from my phone.

I can fix that. So you can't get any incoming text messages? I can get the text, but not the attachment, like not the, you know, another Fig Phone sent to voice text. I won't get it. I won't get a picture.

No, it's not a setting. Right now, some customers are experiencing a few different issues with the message app. It does have to do with our most recent update. It's interacting incorrectly on some customers' phones. So right now, our devs are actually working on an update. It should be coming out very soon. They haven't given us like an actual due date for it yet, but it's going to fix those message issues that customers are having.

So for a Wi-Fi connection, you'll have to, usually it's going to be on. It doesn't really matter if it's- Meaning, why would I need the Wi-Fi on? So when you connect to a Wi-Fi connection and you download the updates, it allows you to not use your phone service data.
