So, there's a few bugs that are currently happening on the big phone. Sometimes, there's, like, background apps that are using data. Maybe one of these you're having, which is going to cause your data to slow, or cease to function if you don't have enough data. But if you have unlimited data, then it may slow down your data, which will cause your weather to act appropriately.

The data is being addressed in the update. The update should be coming out very soon, in like the end of the week to the start of the next week. They'll be able to address that issue, and they'll be able to update your 2006 data.
