The customer is having trouble sending group messages and inserting contacts into SMS.

Okay, so to set up groups to be able to send messages to a safe group of members, all you have to do is simply when you're about to start sending a message, you need to touch the little blue thing that's on the bottom of the screen, and instead of adding a number, you put a few numbers in it. You can add multiple numbers until you get, I mean, of course, you won't be able to create a group of 50 persons. You can have up to 10 persons, okay, because it's just a regular messaging app. It's not a, you cannot, if you want to make something like WhatsApp, that cannot be done.

So, where it says search phone name and email, you click on the icon that shows a few people together, and like that, you choose a few people. Yes, you can add numbers, and yes, that's it. That will create a message.

Okay, so when you're creating a message, if you're trying to send it to a group that already exists, the only way to send that would be to go into the group conversation itself. You wouldn't be able to go into messages and then type in the group name. So if there's a group that you want to send a group message to that already is in your contacts, you would just scroll to that group and send a message. If you're trying to create a new group of people to send a message to, then you would use the method that we used before where you would click on that icon, and it would send multiple – you'd be able to select multiple contacts.

So if you have the group that you want – if you already have the group made, then you would go into your messages, and you would click on that group. If you're trying to create a new group. That's where you would click new message and then create that group.

So let's say it's your friends from the block, let's say, so you can make a neighborhood group. So you write neighborhood group and then you add all the contacts that have to do with the neighborhood group.

Yes, you can go into your settings, and then you can go to system updates and check for updates. And you can do the same thing for app updates as well.

Just try that to see if it works on your phone or if it's something else. It's just the best that we're doing.

In that section where you create groups, there is an option to push new message. And then it says push your contacts, fine, so you push your contacts. But then it's not giving you the message, the message app. The message app is not connected to this group contact section.

So this is not an easy fix for them, it's going to have to be included in an update that they're pushing out. So it wouldn't be something that can be fixed right away.

So there would be like a notification that you get, it would be fixed for, um, the entirety of PickPong, so it would be like an update.
