So for that we're gonna have to diagnose your phone in store because the vibrator is like a physical piece in the phone so we have to open up your phone and see what's going on and most likely replace the vibrator. That's the only way we'd be able to fix your phone.

We do send loaner phones. Loaner phones anywhere within the US. You have to put a safety deposit and we'll be able to send you a loaner phone.

So once you receive the phone it'll take one to three days for us to fix the phone and after that we'll send the phone back and usually if it's on the east side it's about two days shipping. It's longer depending on where exactly it is but it's gonna be around two to four days max for shipping.
