The customer is unable to use the Waze and Google Maps apps to enter addresses or find locations.

What we can do is we can try to clear the storage and cache of your Waze app. Can you go into your settings? Yes, and then you would go to apps. And then there should be like a see all apps or app info. Yes, and then there should be a Waze. And then you would go into storage and cache.

So you're only having a problem with finding a route, right? Like it finds your location, though.
