The FIG service is unlimited talk and text and one gig of data. So, usually, you know, customers don't get anywhere near that one gig of data because it's enough for using waves and weather. But for updates, if you download an update with your data, it's going to use all of that at once because the updates are very large. So, you have to download that update over Wi-Fi. If you don't, it'll use up all your data and then all your data on your phone won't work because it's capped out.

So once you add the data, it'll come to your phone in, like, three minutes, and your phone will be working perfectly fine.

And I'm going to tell, like, all my kids – I don't think they knew that, that, you know, that they should make sure to do the updates with data, you know, with – not with data, with only Wi-Fi.
