How can I resolve the installation failure when trying to download an update for my phone?

Please go to your settings and there's an option for storage. There you can check how much storage you have on your phone.

You'd be able to either bring it to a Borough Park or Williamsburg location or you can also send it in to the Borough Park location. We have that fixed for you.

Make sure to include all your information, your contact information, what exactly is wrong with the phone so that we can fix the appropriate things.

Your phone does not have enough space left to download the update or to install the update. You can transfer some photos off of your phone, maybe save them on your computer, or delete some old message contact strings that you don't need to make some room for the update.

We can repair the phone, but we would not be able to return it for a refund.
