The customer is experiencing problems with the text messaging app and GPS location accuracy.

Okay, so currently there's not a new update that has come out yet, but there is a troubleshoot for the issue that you're having. So, do you have the phone on hand? Yes. Okay. So, can you go into your settings please? Sure. Okay, I'm in. And then go to apps and notifications. Okay. And now you're going to go to see all apps. I can see all apps, okay. And you're going to go to the top right corner, there's three little dots, click on those and click show system. Okay, show system. All right, so now you're going to scroll down to these and dog and it's going to be called DuraSpeed. So, it's D-U-R-A speed. Okay, DuraSpeed, okay. I should click on it? Yes. Okay. Now, click open. Okay. Now, there's a switch at the top. Is it on or off? Okay, it is on. Okay, so you're going to turn that off. Okay. Now, you're going to go back to where you found DuraSpeed. So, that long list of applications. Okay. And you're going to go down to messages. Okay. And now, you're going to go to storage and cache and clear storage. I should go into messages? So, when you click on messages. I'm now in DuraSpeed at the message I have. No, no, no. So, you're going to go back. So, after you turned off DuraSpeed, you're going to go back. Okay, where should I go? Storage and cache? No, no, no. So, you clicked on DuraSpeed. You're in there. You turned it off, right? Now, go back into the long list of applications. So, I think it's back twice. Which one? You're going backwards. So, back to where you see the long list of applications where you click show system. That's where you're going back to. Okay. After CLS, correct? Right. Okay. Now, you're going to go down to the message app. Okay. And then go to storage and cache. Storage and cache. Okay. You're going to clear storage. Something is going to happen in the message app? You lost messages? No, no. You're not going to lose any messages now. Okay. Clear storage. Okay. Right. So, now all you have to do is turn your phone off and turn it back on and you should be able to get all your messages now. The DuraSpeed should be off every time? Yes. You just keep it off. Yes. Okay. Okay. So, that's asked to fix the problem, correct? Yes. That should fix the problem now.

You can actually go into your settings for that. You go to Apps and Notifications. Okay. And then you're going to go to See All Apps. Yes. And Show System. Okay. Okay. Now you're going to scroll down to Location EM2. Okay. Location EM2. Okay. All right. Now you're going to go to Storage and Cache and Clear Storage. Okay. And then turn off the phone and turn it on? Yes.

So, all these big two pros, they're going to be getting the Android update within a month. It's coming soon. And you're going to get an update and then once you update, you'll have Android Auto as well. So, you are working on this? Yeah. Yeah. It's coming soon. It's coming within a month.
