The customer is experiencing issues with missing text messages due to restrictions from the DuraSpeed app and has additional concerns about recent apps clearing and Bluetooth music playback interruptions.

Just let me go into your settings. I want to see the DuraSpeed app and I want to see what options are on and off. So go into your settings, go to Apps and notifications, see all apps. Top right corner, three dots, click on that and click show system. Now you're going to scroll down to DuraSpeed.

So for the message to work properly, it needs to be on. There was an update before that it was messing up the messages, so we told customers to turn it off. But after the update, the update should automatically turn it back on and turn it on for the messages and off for everything else.

The devs are aware of this. They're looking to figure out why it's happening with people's phones.

Yes, they are working on that to get it fixed.
