Can I come into the store and test out a phone before purchasing it?

So for the seven day return policy, that includes not opening and using the phone.

That's for if you don't open the item. But say like you get it and then I guess you get it as a gift. They don't want it. You can come bring it back. It's not open. Or if you just bought it, you change your mind and you don't really want it. It's unopened.

Seven days for a return. Outside of that, there's a warranty when you purchase a phone. That's going to be two months for hardware, six months for software, and a year for network.
