The customer is experiencing issues with the equalizer in the music app and delayed incoming messages until the phone is unlocked.

Can you go into your settings, please? Alright, go to app updates. If you check for app updates, make sure it's in there.

Now you can go back to your apps notifications. Then you're going to click CO apps. Now in the top right corner, there's three dots, click on those. And click show system. Now you're going to scroll down to DuraSpeed.

So now you're going to click open on DuraSpeed. Is it on or off? It's off? Yes. Okay, can you turn it on? Alright, now every app should be off besides the messages. The messages should be on.

DuraSpeed essentially makes sure that your phone doesn't die really fast. It keeps apps not running in the background constantly. But for the messages, it should run in the background so that you can still receive messages.

For the equalizer, I know that our devs are working on the music app. They're changing a few things as well as improving it and changing a few settings. So anything with the music app will be changed soon.

Unfortunately, there is no due date. They don't know how much they're going to overhaul the music app or how much they're actually going to change it and how long it's going to take.
