What will it cost to repair my phone and will I lose my data?

Please look at your phone to see exactly what's going on. I would suggest that before bringing it in or sending it in, to back up your data, because you most likely will have to either change the motherboard or reinstall the software on the phone. Make sure to just save all your information.

Just walk into the Borough Park locations, and we can get that. You can come to a Williamsburg location as well. It may take a little longer, but they'll help you as well.

If we have to switch out the motherboard, it's going to be $75. If we find out that we don't need to switch out the motherboard, and we just have to reinstall the software, that'll be $35. So it just depends on how bad it is.

If we have to reinstall the software, it's still going to erase your data, because we have to delete everything off the phone, and then reinstall the new software.
