Once we're done fixing it, we will call back and collect the payment, and then we'll be able to send the phone right back. It will be sent back in two-day shipping.

So we do have loaner phones as an option. You have to put down $100 on top of it. And then we'll be able to send you that phone. And then once you get the phone back, then you'll send the loaner phone back, and then you get the $100 back.
