Once you're in CL apps, on the top right of the screen, you'll find three dots. Press on those three dots, please.

And tap where it says show system.

Okay, once you press show system, that will bring a lot of options. So you can scroll down until you find an option that will be called T9. T9 disk keyboard will be called, but it's just the first option that says T9, that's where we're going to go.

Once you're there, press where it says clear storage, and then try your T9, and everything should be working.
