If you come into the store you know early say like around time they open like 10 around this time you'd be able to get it fixed the same day.

That's why we recommend if you need your phone fixed the same day to come when the store opens.

Depending on what the issues are with your phone you can just repair the phone if there's something wrong with it.

There may have been some miscommunication and usually what happens is when there's an issue with the phone that would get repaired and if the phone cannot be repaired is when we issue a new phone.

When you come in the morning it's way likelier that we can't fix it the same day.
