The customer wants to know if their phone shipment has arrived.

I'm checking here and it shows that the tracking number doesn't exist.

Currently we are not able to provide the tracking details. We can locate shipments if we haven't received the information from the shipper yet or if the package information is older than 120 days.

The shipment ID is a different thing. That's mostly for claiming.
