The customer is unable to change location settings in the Waze app.

So go to your settings. And then go to app notifications. Then go to see all apps. And then on the top right, there's a three dot, click on that. And then show system. And then you're going to scroll down to location EM2. And then click on storage and cache. And then clear storage.
