Customer is experiencing issues with message notifications not reflecting new messages.

So you go to settings and you scroll all the way down to the bottom. Oh, app updates? Okay. And you want me to update the message? Yes, and then you would update the message. It should say 2.2.7. Correct. So update that. That should fix all your issues.

Go into your settings. Then go to app updates. And then it should give you an update for message app, and this is a 2.2.7. So check your updates.
