Unfortunately, since there is no way for you to connect to a phone, you can try to bring the phone in and you may be able to get your contact Bluetoothed to a phone.

The only way for us to fix this problem would be to flash the phone.

We can talk to a representative at the store and see what we can do for you.

But as I said, if your phone cannot connect to your computer, there'll be no way for you to back up your data.
