The customer's Android Auto is not connecting to their car and is showing a USB device not responding error.

I would suggest taking out the battery, plugging it back in. If that still happens, you can ask for that. We can take a picture of that situation happening, if possible, or a screenshot. So we can send it over to the devs.

You just text us a number. You don't have to bring the picture or anything. Just text it to the number.

Sometimes there's residual energy in the battery that disrupts the phone's connection. So we do recommend taking out the battery, making sure that you know, take it out, leave it for like five seconds, make sure all the energy is drained, and then plug it back in.
