Why are my daughters' text messages not working after a software update?

So let me give you the rundown of exactly what has been going on for the past few days. There was a update for 2.2.5 and it caused some of, well, most of our customers to experience loss of messages, speech-to-text, voice recording. Some of the features on the phone did not work. So we released an update 2.2.7 and that fixed the issues with our customers' phones.

Now we are experiencing a small percentage of our customers, about 5%, that are still having those issues. If you update and you're still having that issue, call us back so we can get some information from your phone.
