Customer is experiencing issues with the charging port of their phone after multiple replacements.

If you send it in, it would take about a day to two days to fix and send it back to the shipping. If you were to come in, say like in the morning, maybe it would be six to the same day.

If you're bringing it to a fixed store, we would definitely be able to service it. And if you set it to six weeks until you fix it, the repair would be free.

If they think I was sending it in for you, you would be able to replace it free of charge.
