The customer is unable to download group messages and regular messages on their phone.

You need a notification that it's up and then you'll just have to download it and then just download it over to Wacom so you can pull your data up.

A lot of customers actually have been having the same issue. It's gonna be fixed in a new update that's coming up on Sunday at late Sunday early Monday. That's gonna fix the issues.
