The customer is experiencing a bug where their phone shows a new message notification despite having no new messages.

Once you tap on those three dots, all you have to do is just press where it says mark all as read. And that's it.

It will close it, okay? And then when you close the phone, when we hang up, you will see that you won't have any message coming, okay?

Sure. Yes. You can go to settings in your phone, please.

Once in your messaging app, on the top right of the messaging app, you'll see three dots. So tap on those three dots, please.

Don't worry. It's not working for many people. We're going to be releasing another update later today that will fix it.

The updates are for everybody, okay? It doesn't make a difference.
