Why are some videos blocked from playback on my FIG phone?

Currently, that is a bug that's happening with some of our customers. So what's happening is the filter is recognizing your video as an outside source and blocking it. The devs are working on a solution to this. So keep the videos. They are working on a way to have that function work correctly. And then once it is, they'll have an update on the phone, and then you'll be able to view them again.

So as I said, the phone is recognizing them as outside sources. So depending on where the video was originally or where the phone was located, a lot of different factors can come to why the phone is trying to block the videos. That's not how it's intended. So the devs are working on a solution. So once they figure out that solution and get the update out to the phones, you'll be able to update your phone and then be able to see the videos.

The devs are still trying to work on the kinks from it. So it's going to be taking a while. There is no estimated time, unfortunately.
