So if you're having a loss of messages, you can go into your settings. Then you go to Apps and Notifications. And you would go to See All Apps. Down there, you're going to go to the top right. There's these three little dots. You click on those. That's going to bring up Show System. You click on that. And then that is going to bring up a long list of apps. You're going to scroll all the way down to D as in Dog. And you're going to look for DuraSpeed. And so you open that. Can you tell me if it's on or off? It says, where do I look to see if it's on or off? So after you click Open, it should tell you the very top. It's on. And then below that, it's going to have a long list of apps. Are any of those on? No, those are all off. Okay. So you're going to go ahead and you're going to turn DuraSpeed off. Now you're going to go back to where you first found DuraSpeed on that long list. So you're going to go down to the Message app. No, so you just go to Storage and Cache. And then you're going to click Clear Storage. I'm just going to press Okay. And then once you turn your phone off and turn it back on, it should be getting all the messages.
